I've been writing a little bit. Not the things that I really should be: like the Van Helsing fic that has been in the pipeline for two years, or the sequel to Precious Things, or even the Guy/Marian BDSM fic. Nope. I've been doing a companion fic to Heart and trying to finish the HP fic The Garden.
I also haven't been seeing Robin Hood due to the crappyness of my internet I can't dowload the episodes and I haven't been around on sat evenings so I'm completely out of the loop with that. I just got a bit disheartened as I read that Marian has left the castle. That was such a good set up, and now I'm just a bit blah! about the show in general.

Okay, finally done. It's quite frigtening to look back at your own work and analyse it in any sort of coherent way. I like talking about myself and my work, but this was actually very illuminating, because I've never actually thought about the psycho motivation that drive me to write this wierd shit!

Okay, this is late. Like really late, and it's still not complete, but I can't help the fact that I just get these slupms in wiriting. Also the dissertation is eating into my writing and creative reserves. I wrote this today while sitting in Starbucks. I apologise for the rather rambling nature of it.

Here is my first reply to the Character meme. I wrote Carl for arubyslipper. You know, even when I tried to do this solely about Carl the other two just kept popping in. I think it's because Carl will inevitably end up playing second fiddle to those two. Hope you like it anyway, hon.

This was requested by kat_lair like ages ago. I'm going to do this in very short parts whenever I get the inspiration. So don't expect too much at one go.
Also because the story is huge, I've only done the commentary in the beggining of each section, instead of putting it inbetween paragraphs. Hope this is not too much of an inconvenience. Also I think I'm really not very eloquent in this......

If you've ever watched your favorite dvds, and then found yourself eager to hear exactly what the actors, directors, writers and even production designers thought about making the episode, the movie, or whatever - you'll know sometimes the best parts of dvds are hearing the commentaries. Getting into an actor's feelings about the character they play, getting the background behind a writer's plans and metaphors, even just getting the stupid anecdotal stuff that makes you laugh, it's all good.
